Good location, great view of downtown

Disappointing

Clean, nice room

The line to check in was ridiculous! They dont have enough parking and make guests park on street, the bed pillows are horrible, and worst of all there is no coffee in the room!

Lack of staff scheduled caused bad service but location and room were fine

Individual staff members were very good. Location is right down town. Room was clean and comfortable.

Terribly understaffed on a holiday weekend which made for long lines and lack of service. Issues with the internet could not be addressed because there was not enough staff to attend to it (the staff that were there were helpful and working hard but they just didn't have enough folks scheduled).

Location, view, bed

Someone charged over $140.00 to our room. The hotel needs to have a better procedure for verifying that a guest is actually staying in the room that they are charging food, drinks or services to.

Comfortable beds, very quiet, had a great view on the 30th floor. Hefty taxes but hotel offers $25 per day of comped foo

Great downtown location

Valet parking was very expensive$55 a day whereas parking lot joined to hotel was only $30 a day

It would have been cheaper and probably got a lot more thing out of it if I would have slept outside

That it was in Seattle and convenience for the marathon

That you can hear everything in other rooms around you. I get it was in the Seattle but felt like I was outside most of the night because that how loud it was and the WiFi kept going out so we had to call maintenance four times to get it reboot. was not worth the money we spent and we had to call for everything if we need a coffee maker we had to get someone to get us one then there was no microwave had to ask for a mini refrigerator and the mini bar wasnt even fully stock.
