Very good

Rooms were very spacious and other amenities were very good.

Breakfast was very good. Only thing we did not like was the people using their hand pick up food items instead of using the tongs or spoons which Hotel had provided. People should understand this and change their mindset. Without this change, we might have to think twice to come back and stay in Westinn next time. Also, the elevator speed is very slow.

I had made my reservation for 5 nights- arriving on 7th and departing on 12th. I arrived on 8th morning due to delay on my flight but pad 7th fully, then on the 8th I changed my departure day to 11th online booking.com and informed reception that I will leave on 11th, 1 day earlier. But on the check out I was charged full 5 nights. this is not fair, this is not ethical , not right. I have faced such an issue 1st time in my life, though I am a pretty frequent traveller. I want my one night refund. but nobody to talk. Terrible attitude !!!

Stay overall was good

Good n diverse all different foods provided, great service, food stations prepared exactly as required. Also adjacent is Oberoi Mall.

Early check in is a problem, and changes to bookings is another problem

Great business 5 star hotel

The staff are great and go over and above to make sure you are comfortable . This includes concierge ,breakfast staff and so on. They also arranged World Cup cricket tickets for my family .

Theres nothing not to like as this hotel is in pristine condition. There was however a broken light in the mens steam room which made it a bit dull.
