Needs more working amenities to justify calling itself a resort.

Friendly staff. Beautiful property. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Ultimately they gave me credit when they did not move my room as requested.

Reservation was for a pool view room. Room we received was not pool view and the fridge made a buzzing sound all night. When I asked to be moved the next day, I was told that they would have a pool view room ready after 11:00 am inspection. It was not ready at 11:30 and was told by new clerk that they would call when they had one available.At 3:30 we were going out for the evening and still no room. They gave me a discount for both nights but we had to put up with the noisy fridge. In addition the Jacuzzi was closed and the pool was unheated. Quite a disappointment for staying at a high end resort.

Yadira, Paula, and Rene helped us in different spots in the hotel with the best hospitality I have experienced in any hotel ever. One of a kind experience here which began with outstanding people, an absolutely stunning hotel, and an enjoyabke breakfast to top it all off. We didnt even get a chance to use the amazing pool. Truly the best hotel/ resort stay I have ever had

Gorgeous views but facilities need updated to continue to demand the prices charged.

Beautiful location & views, great restaurants although pricey

Rooms were rundown, black mold in the shower. Broken toilet paper holder. Staff didnt clean room daily, only made the bed. Door left open by staff luckily nothing was stolen! Pool was closed!

Nice hotel, beautiful views

Further from the strip than expected but great quiet location. Needed a change of scenery so we appreciated that. Hotel is very nice and clean, but for some odd reason, the hall way always smelt poopy.... we heard dogs around our room area too. Not sure if its pet friendly, they should really separate those guest from non pet guest, but otherwise we enjoyed our short stay there.
