The soundproof from the room door. If outside has noisy kid, or the next room open or close the door loudly, then it is very annoying.

The food spread for breakfast. It has both local and international cuisines.

The staff are friendly but not warmth. There is disconnection between staff and guests. The staff smiles and gets on with the job without engaging the guests.

Front desk staff. the hotel double charged my room fares, I fully paid on the check in with my credit card. However, the staff required me to pay once again when I check out; and I was told the card was gained an approval code for payment only on check in date. Therefore, I paid the room fares again. However, I checked with bank that was told all payment was fully charged by the hotel on my check in date. I believe that would be a mistake from the front desk staff. I reported to Westin already and hope that they would reply asap. This is the first time I encountered such a mistake on travelling.
