Expected more from the Westin, being 5 stars and value for the money

Location is superb. Valet Parking service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and easily can fit the extra bed.

Poor noise sealant from the room window. The window was shaky as rubber was worn out and handle was loose.

I was dissatisfied with the reception staff's service on the 29th and also today during my checkout. Specifically, when discussing the refund of the 10 QAR deposit, the staff member seemed dismissive, implying it was customary for customers to leave it with the hotel. I insisted on the refund, as the receptionist on the 29th had advised me to collect it upon departure. This inconsistency and the staff's attitude were disappointing, especially as I needed to collect all my funds before returning to my country.

The ballroom , the food served at wedding , and special thanks to Miss Eiman and hotel porter

The service is really awful no one is picking the phone up, i had an emergency which need ambulance no one picks the phone nor help , the cleaning service is bad

I basically like the location. And the beauty of the hotel itself

Initiall I wasn't the main guest, but was booked by my husband. On arrival I had a really difficult check in due to no communication between the hotel and who booked for me. Female alone not knowing the place I had to get out and find another hotel. My safety was compromised and that was too risky. You can be a beautiful hotel but if safety has been compromised you norhing
