We enjoyed staying there, but it shouldn't cost $400/ night to stay in Buffalo.

Nice hotel, not enough staff, the sole registration clerk had to answer phones while we were in front of her. $3 for a tea bag is just an outrage, as well as a fee for internet access. Well located, but Buffalo is small.

The common areas of the hotel are worn.

very clean, large rooms, excellent staff. upon arrival, I was so tired I left my 5000 new macbook laptop somewhere in the lobby. day after I asked front desk and they actually had my laptop. I was so happy. 5 star staff for sure.

It did not meet expectations, overpriced, lackluster & disappointing are the kindest words I can use

the staff is unhelpful. The staff did not properly have any wake up calls and even after I brought it to the staff's attention, NOTHING was done to fix it.

Our room was not ready until approximately two hours after check-in. The room was relatively clean but it was missing toilet paper, shower gel, etc, and we had to call downstairs twice for those things to be brought up to us. For the price, I expected a bit better service but its possible the hotel is suffering from a worker shortage just like so many other businesses.
