Poor

Room was very small and old. Staff at front desk never answered the phone. Bartender was rude. Very expensive experience for only the name of the hotel. Pool was out of order. Sauna was out of order.

Would not stay here again.

Comfortable room with decent amenities.

Tried calling hotel several times after stay to explain a charge and no answer for a straight week. The service here has gone down hill.

Our rooms proximity to the elevator shaft. Extremely noisy. We loved the 14th floor just not the location of the particular room.

Very overpriced and cold showers!

Location is good. Rooms ok but badly overpriced

Breakfast was woefully lame and horrifically overpriced, showers were cold all days in all of our rooms, staff didnt care, no coffee making facilities or anywhere to fill water bottles for free and they charged seven bucks for water in the room. Really poor.

Superb

Iconic, stylish and atmospheric, you can imagine clandestine meetings around every corner. Lovely view of the river Comfy bed and very nice bathroom Free cocktails were expertly made and a lovely surprise

Steam room shut and a lot of kids in the pool.....we passed on that
