The pool was my favorite feature- the view at the pool was amazing! Staff was very helpful - we need a taxi to visit tai van village and they flagged one down for us. Breakfast was a delight, lots of great food and fruit options. Would definitely come back here.

Amazing hotel, location and great staff.

The Overall property location was amazing and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were neat clean and very well maintained.

Few rooms had balconies which were close to the ground, which seemed a bit unsafe as anyone could get in the room.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent.

Hotel is old and could use a revamp. For a few nights stay though it is adequate.

The staff were nice and friendly. The location is great and near to the city center.

It can get a little noisy. There are animals (dogs, roosters, etc.) that will bark and crow and it can get pretty loud from the balcony window even when it's closed. The design of the corridor makes sound travel across other floors and with children running around, it gets pretty noisy. Cleanliness isn't great as well. There was a musty smell in the room and the bed had a stench. We felt that the hotel is more suited for local Vietnamese visiting from other regions and it is not as internationally friendly.

we were here on 19-21 Sep and the first night we were stolen the money by the robber by climb into our room! we were so tired because we traveled for about 13 hours and not felt or heard anything. In the morning one of my friend noticed that the position of our bags were moved to another side of the room then we rushed to check everything and wallet and we found out that IT WAS STOLEN totally about 400 dollars. we suddenly walked to the reception and reported them about that and the woman who worked on the duty was not nice. they said they will check the CCTV and inform us later andfinally til we checked out NO ONE talked about it. I was really disappointed about the service **we still paid for the full price of rental and did not get any DISCOUNT!
