Another bad Singapore hotel. Pretty much all bad. Only exception was Fullerton. Just Singapore is the worst. Avoid at all costs for years is our recommendation!!!

we were only there for one night. we understand Singapore is expensive but come on. there were hairs in the bed, we didnt make a big issue about it as we work in the hospitality business and we didnt want to be a bother, the sheets seemed to be clean but we found what seems to be legs hair in the duvet overall very pricey very small rooms funky smell but the girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly

Terrible experience and I wont go back again

Decorated lobby that fits what you see in the pictures.

Rooms are poorly maintained, leather doors are peeling off, looks dirty and yucky. Room is old n cramped. Switches for the sink is so stiffly that needs great strength to turn on. Room service is most terrible, called 5 times for a bucket of ice and it didnt come. There is only 1 toothbrush, and theres no other amenities. Regardless how many time we called front desk, there is no one. Upon checking out, no one is at front desk, long wait again!

Unique and quirky hotel

Our room and the hotel decor was very nice and quite unique and the staff were generally helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was cool (sometimes too cool) and quiet. Although the room wasn't overly large there was generally enough space for two people with luggage.

The club lounge opening hours, food and drinks were very limited, and breakfast was well below average again with a limited menu. Also, the hotels location wasn't ideal from a tourist point of view and the nearest MRT was a 20 min walk.
