Nice building, good restaurant, great food, friendly staff at restaurant.

Frequent power outages causing momentary loss of electricity many times. Location is a bit far from core city. No accommodation facilities for car drivers

Property is excellent. Breakfast was very good. Only thing that needs to be added is good a travel desk.

Set up of hotel is good. Food tasted good. Pool area is awsome

Food layout- even a 2 star property provides a better layout of breakfast. Do not go by the details mentioned on the website. It was one of the worst breakfast experiences of mine while staying in a 4/5 star property. Half of the things mentioned in room facilities were not provided. Something as basic as a comb was not there, forget about slippers and other customary things. Bathroom- Even a public bath has a better shower. Room service- In morning i requested for water bottles..however it more than 45 min for the room service to deliver the same. These are something which comes to my mind as of now. Having a huge heritage property comes with lots of challenges and I do not think that the present staff is able to handle the same.

Very good

Food and the room were great. So was the property.

Towels, shower curtains and the commode had some old stains. On day one connecting to the room service took up to an hour. This happened twice. I guess there was also some problem in the phone line that was adding to the problem.
