A true gem among Bali's luxury resorts

Our recent stay there, from December 2nd to 5th and then again from December 6th to 9th, left a lasting impression on our well-traveled souls. As soon as you step into the resort, you're whisked away to a tropical paradise, leaving behind the worries of the outside world. Despite its central location, the resort manages to cocoon you in a serene atmosphere. The layout of The Trans Resort Bali is impeccable, seamlessly integrating rooms, villas, and pools to enhance the overall guest experience. A standout during our stay was the exceptional service from the housekeeping staff. They were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our requests, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Whether we needed extra towels, room service, or any other assistance, they were on point. The restaurant staff deserves a special mention, offering impeccable and personalized service reminiscent of first-class treatment on a premium airline. They anticipated our needs and maintained a keen eye on our preferences, ensuring that every meal was a seamless and delightful experience. A remarkable moment was when we requested Indian breakfast items. The staff not only accepted our request enthusiastically but also went above and beyond to prepare a customized Indian breakfast just for us. This level of dedication truly delighted us and showcased the resort's commitment to creating a memorable stay. Now, a shout-out to an exceptional individual who enriched our experience at The Trans Resort Bali: Dayu, the hostess at the Club Lounge. Her resourcefulness and dedication to making our stay culturally enriching deserve high praise. We'd also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Radita. Our experience at The Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua turned sour, and we desperately wanted to return to The Trans Resort Bali. Radita came to our rescue with exceptional professionalism and efficiency.

The resort is fantastic, modern amenities and rooms are absolutely superb. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to assist. Restaurant excellent. Pool is divine.

One of the best hotels/resorts we have stayed around the world.

Everything, especially how clean it is. The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet with a la carte menu is very impressive. Also, not to mention the resort provided twice daily room service and the water in the room is always there. Highly recommend, and we will be back again. Thank you for the hospitality.

The only thing I dislike was the delay in getting the baby chair at the restaurant. Twice, we waited over 5 minutes just to get one organised. Baby chair should have been the first thing offered before the menu or tea and coffee's. Apart from that, it was all smooth sailing.

Disappointing

Hotel is beautiful but it is located on a Main Street and is very noisy at night time. We didnt get much sleep.

It was a beautiful hotel

The hotel is located on a main road. There seems to be a club outside the hotel. The side of the hotel we stayed on was near the main strip. We could hear the music till 3am in the morning cars speeding pass and the security blowing their whistle to control the traffic.
