Superb

Overall good, surely recommended, but only music during breakfast was not satisfying us.

Pool is pretty fantastic. Room is clean. The lounge service is satisfying us.

When we had breakfast, a music band is too loud for us to be relaxed. That sound disturbed even our communication... Hopefully we could have a breakfast in a quiet mood. But the music band itself was so atractive and people perhaps can enjoy it. Just for me, that was not what I wanted during the breakfast

this hotel recommend for family staycation in Bandung.

the room is very comfy, restaurant very good, staf very good hospitality, pool with warm water and sand very suitable for kids, guest can choose alternate option pillow depend on their needs, and free drink in minibar is quite good.

the rule of breakfast who limited kids breakfast until 5 years old, maybe they can improve it for kids under 10 years old or guest can pay with rational price for example IDR 150/pax

Good food

I like the wide range of food for breakfast buffet. There were Indonesian, Chinese, Western and Japanese food for breakfast. The other thing that I like about the hotel is the pillow menu which offered 4 to 5 types of pillow to suit the needs of the hotel guests.

What I did not like was the quality control on the cleanliness of the bathing towels. I requested for new bathing towels and I got a dirty towel instead. I had to request for a change of the bathing towels again. The hotel customer relationship officer apologised for the oversight.

The rooms were comfortable, service was amazing and the breakfast buffet was wonderful

Pillows were too soft but you can order pillows. The traffic noise can be heard from my room

Breakfast was wonderful, friendly staff, good location

I booked for 4 nights, every breakfast time I still found guests wearing pajamas or sleep wear, please all staff remind them about that, make it firm. Breakfast in the weekend was very busy and we had our breakfast looked liked rush. Thank you.
