Location is great - just walking distance from the trimkeshwar temple.

Although it's the best hotel in the area but the rooms are not maintained adequately - there is lot of dampness (seelan) in the rooms which really need to be fixed.

I liked the room especially mountain view from it. Everything was so mesmerizing and beautiful. Had an unforgettable stay.

The best part of the hotel is the location of hotel it is on the mall road that too at a very reasonable budget. The rooms and washroom are very clean.

The location of this property is outstanding, it is located at the centre of Mall Road and Starbucks, bellamount restaurant is nearby.

If I am paying a certain amount of money I would expect few things even if the property is a boutique hotel. There was no dental kit available, the receptionist told me it was out of stock, and they didn't have a hair dryer. The room could have been cleaned properly. The room service was not at all efficient, the waiter didn't know their boundaries of not entering the room if I am asking him to stay at the gate and don't come in.

A quaint hotel, located on the mall road (around 4-5 mins walk from library chowk). They have all amenities including kettle, geyser, blankets, TV, cupboard etc. There's also a cafe that offers room service. The views of the valley from the room are spectacular (non-balcony rooms have better views!). The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, had a very enjoyable stay!
