Very good

Good location and we were upgraded to a bigger apartment, which was excellent.

My husband was rushed out on the last morning with the cleaner wanting to enter and begin cleaning at 9am.

This is the nicest accommodations Ive ever been in while visiting NZ over the last 40 years. Gorgeous apartment and so

Gorgeous building, high ceilings, in-suite laundry, comfortable beds, full kitchen with dishwasher. Gorgeous deck space on first floor. Very clean. Good heating. Really close to shops on Lambton Quay. Really helpful and kind office staff and cleaning staff.

If I had to complain about anything the heater is a bit noisy when trying to sleep but wasnt loud enough to keep me from falling or staying asleep. If youre a really light sleeper maybe youd want earplugs but honestly thats the only thing that Id change if I had to.

Central location meets our needs.

Chose the Terrace Villas Serviced Apartments but were directed to an apartment across the road but part of the same company. Only issue was the car was parked back at the original location, a small inconvenience when shifting luggage. Apartment was part of an old building which was well maintained, clean, large, quiet, fitted with near new quality appliances including laundry and drier, steam iron and ironing board. Huge fridge! Two cosy heaters. Shub shower. Unremarkable city views. The unit is as advertised and close to the city centre. However, the walk down Plimmer's Stairs (depending on your unit) requires negotiating several flights of stairs within the apartment building plus Plimmer's Stairs which are slippery on a wet day. A degree of fitness required or use alternative route or car. Definitely value for money

Great place to stay for business travel into Wellington.

Location and and coziness. Feel and comfort of the lounge. Distance from town and on site parking. Communication regarding late check in was good.

Furnishings and Facilities OK

Beds were so soft and spongy. Sank a long way down when you went to get in. Pillows very soft that they folded around your face. Paid by Debit Card but got charged Bank Surcharge. Not given any chance to change payment method. Booked for Apartment and Parking. Received a confirmation for both. Day before arrival was notified to pay an extra $30.00 per day for parking.

Great accomodation. Good location on the map - but topography makes it a challenge.

Size of rooms. Ample quality facilities. Very comfortable bed. Good sound proofing.

The long steep walk up to The Terrace from Lambton Quay. No free Sky Sports. No air conditioner (not a problem when I stayed / but climate change is making summer months hotter).
