felt cheated by booking.com and the resort by their behaviour

Booking dot com booked for something and we got something else and were asked to pay more for which we had already paid. Either Booking .com software has a problem or the resort was not polite to handle the customer asking to only handle with booking .com . We are also unhappy with Booking dot com for this promise something and give soemthing else. A direct booking would have been better maybe

Poor

Only common place to sit is outdoor couches (barring a small dark tea lounge) and it drizzled making it too cold to sit outside. Staff claimed there is no TV so that guests can enjoy nature. Outdoor seatings can easily be made comfortable with some sikris or outdoor heaters but none has been provided. I feel the place is not equipped to receive the guests as yet and will be 2022 before all facilities are up and running.
