Fantastic Family Run Resort!

The owners were a lovely family, they let us check in early and check out late which was a Godsend. They brought us fresh pineapple and fresh samosa for breakfast which was a lovely touch. The little Tree House, all beautifully handmade by the owner and spotlessly clean with such attention to detail. Brilliant location, very close to the beach, 5 min walk. Breakfast cafe 2 min walk. Duty Free very close. Lovely swimming pool, sunbeds and brollies. Microwave, kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would definitely return. We can't recommend The Teemak Villas and it's wonderful owners highly enough!

Beautiful family-run villas

The owners and staff were wonderful and friendly. The pool and gardens are beautiful. We hired scooters here which was super easy. Very knowledgeable people with great recommendations on where to go and what to do. Really nice quiet spot and out of the way, but not too far to restaurants and beach.

We had issues with the WiFi, which was fixed during our stay, however it was still very patchy once fixed. I also had limited Celcom range here, one bar, which wasn't good enough to use for internet. This of course is not property fault, but was frustrating..

Temak Villa was incredibly value for money - the accommodation was comfortable and sufficient for our needs plus location-wise, really close to food and amenities (we walked out when we needed breakfast, dinner etc). But the best thing of all was the lovely lovely could that owns/runs Temak Villa. They were incredible - super accommodating and warm. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The villa was spacious enough for 3 of us and the pool area was lovely.

Excellent choice

The Temak Villa is perfect if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The pool and garden area are just like the photos. The aircon and hot water worked well. Pantai Tengah is a really nice and quiet beach only 5 mins walk away. There are lots of restaurants and corner stores nearby too. We stayed in one of the double rooms which is really a villa with a private courtyard and they're a great choice if you're looking for an affordable place to stay with a great pool. If you have a slightly larger budget, the tree houses look really cool, just like in the photos! The family who run the property are lovely and even took us to the ferry terminal with no notice because we couldn't get a taxi or grab to take us.

We loved our stay, but the one recommendation would be to put pool towels in the room. You can easily ask for them though.

Lovely stay in a treehouse

Fisal and his family are very friendly and helpful. They made our stay outstanding. Thank you for this! I really miss the Roti Canai! The treehouse was exactly as you see it on the pictures. The location was great for us. You have to walk 10min to the beach. Restaurants and breakfast as indicated within 5-15min walk. You should know that the treehouse is not perfect quiet as it is a real treehouse! Only thing to bring with you could be a mosquito net.

The Villa was big enough for our family. The location was nice and quiet, although it was walking distance to great restaurants, the beach and centre. We enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pool. The owner and staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful tropical feel

The owner and his wife are just fabulous! They were super welcoming and went out of their way to help us. They even got us a lift in town one night when it was raining and we needed to get to an ATM and a pharmacy. Also, every morning we had a complimentary freshly cooked snack, which we did not expect at all. The property is fantastic, very clean and quite, the villas are so nicely designed and built by the owner himself. The whole small complex feels very tropical, and so nice to stay at.

The rooms might be a bit small and a curtain in the bathroom would be advisable to separate shower and toilet (water all over the floor), but the property is exactly as shown in the photos; so no complaints as we knew what we were going for.
