Disappointing

Too expensive for what it offers

Big room. Big suite but not utilized very well. The toilet is old style.

It ia expensive and not really worth the stay. Only 1 staff at reception is nice. All others make you feel like you are bothering them. That blow dryer is just very old and slow, feels like an afterthought just to be able to say. Its a suite with kitchen utilities but has no electric kettle or a nespresso machine! Other smaller hotels would have them. Breakfast is disappointing. A smaller, cheaper hotel is stayed at days before has a better breakfast buffet. Also weird - they run out of towels! They made me wait for my towels to be washed and dried before i can get some in my room. And this is 4 or 5pm, not morning. A Hilton hotel runs out of towels??? I dont understand.

Very good

Loved the location. The facilities provided are great.

The hotel has not yet refunded the USD 250 that it collected from me during my check in. I was told it was a refundable deposit and would be credited back to my a/c on check out, but it's already a week. Where's my money, folks?

Good

Liked the full frig and microwave. The only available room for 2 who are not married was a Queen bed and a sofa bed and that worked out well. The thermostat was nice and the picture window was amazing.

It did need some wiping down in the kitchen and bathroom so it wouldn't be our fault at checkout. Some Lysol wipes would be nice in the future, but the paper towels helped. Having to call for towels and placing the used ones in the hallway when the hallway is SO clean was an issue to me.

The mini kitchen and sitting room was great. The breakfast offered a good variety, but the eggs were cold.

The bathtub was grimy looking and didn't look like it was clean, and there were hair strains on the floor. The carpet didn't look like it was vacuumed at all. I did address this problem and was told the tub would be cleaned, but it STILL looked old and unclean!!!!

Good

Convenient to downtown.

I liked the convenience to the downtown area, the breakfast was wonderful and the gym was awesome. The valet parking guys were nice.

I think that the deposit $250 is too expensive. It is refundable but too expensive.

Poor

The hotel keep deducting money from my account every day and it deducted more than the total stay. And when I discussed with the manager, he said that the system is automatically deducted. The question is how the system works and deduct the money automatically? This is very strange and I am not satisfied about any thing at the hotel. Moreover, the breakfast was unexpected which is every day the same things. I stayed 8 nights and the breakfast was the same. In addition, they didnt clean the room unless I told them. This hotel is the worst hotel I had seen in my entire life.
