The location is in the heart of legian. Close to the beach just walking. They have connecting room and comfortable for staying.

The bathroom is too small and exhaust fan is not working. Shower facilities are not complete. They dont provide shower cap. The menu for breakfast is not variative. We took long time for check out also. The receptionist asked us to wait for checking the room but she talking to another customer and made us waiting too long

The staff are amazing The location is amazing My family and I have stayed at the sun many times before and we love it. If we had any problems staff were qucik to fix them for us. The owner is lovely as is his wife!! Alot of people complain about the pool being in the shade but its so nice and refreshing after being out shopping all day Highly recommended this hotel

Very good

The staff were all polite and happy to help. We had an issue with the smell in our room, and they changed our room with no issue . It was good for a overnight stay. Very good location .

It was a nice experience, I think the staff being understanding topped it off. Beds are so big it was nice.

Staff were welcoming, rooms had aircon except ours kept breaking but staff were great with repairing it so grateful for that, room was clean, staff were lovely and would put my sons toys and teddys beautifully on his bed which was so sweet. Food was yummy.

We were paying full price for my sons breakfast buffet until the 3rd to last stay we were told he was too young so he's free. Which is what I thought it should be like so that made me feel that the people weren't being genuine with the cost of things, my son is 4 and doesn't eat a lot like an adult. Including the price of a single bed per night.

Very good

Comfortable as always, but stressful with very young children.

Location, very comfortable and the staff are always wonderful

Not family friendly for children in the 1yr - 5yr age groups. There are no activities or activity areas for these children to run and play. If a safe, secured area could be created for this age group, it would make a huge difference as we are having to reassess our next accommodation options for our next visit.

Very good

Great location for a couple or family with older kids. Amazing staff and restaurant,

The staff are amazingly caring and helpful. Everytime we stay they remember us and our kids, nothing is ever to much for them. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the AC is wonderful.

The bathrooms could do with some upgrades. The shower curtains desperately need replacing (old and mouldy), the grout needs a good bleach and the shower heads spread everywhere but downwards. We also has issues with fridges not working. Sadly as there are no childrens facilities (playroom maybe could be considered) we have outgrown this place as a family hotel.
