Amazing venue with great service

Place was very modern and clean. Nice and close to a train station(Huamark). Service was amazing, staff were super helpful. Would definitely recommend. Good air conditioning and very sizeable rooms.

A great place to stay if you need to be at the airport for an early morning flight.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the communal areas was lovely.

The state of the flat - broken elements in bathrooms - rails and plugs. Noisy surroundings and sounds all night

The location of the silver palm was ideal for us close to family but also o my a short grab ride to most shopping malls and markets we visited and 30 minutes to the centre as long as not at rush hour!!!

The pool was very cold but was nice to sit and chill around

Good access to train, nice pool, gym was basic but ok, breakfast had the basics. Very nice staff.

The room was old and worn, needs a little maintenance, had stains on the furniture.

Adequate for a 1 night stay between flights if you have nothing important to see/do in Bangkok.

Hotel lobby was inviting but not the rest of the property. Location to airport was very close but the neighbourhood wasnt very nice.

The breakfast in the restaurant wasnt valuable as it didnt provide a lot of good options. Rooms were in another building and felt like an apartment dislocated from the hotel. Cold and sterile rooms. Location didnt seem safe.

Good location, stuff, pool but not that "luxury" as looks on the pictures

Working well for short overnight on BKK flight, convinient location steps from the metro station, quiet part of city. Nice swimming pool and friendly stuff.

In overall, pictures on the web are far more "luxury" than what you get. From the pictures, you get an impression that rooms are facing the pool, however, the basic "studio Hollywod", described as "garden view" is actually located in annex building, overlooking the parking lot and opposite building. Most of equipment is dated, with some stains on the sofa etc. Main issue for me was a bed with springs was very uncomfortable for me, I did not have a good sleep and poor aircondition did not provide the best comfort. Not a single piece of cutlery in the kittchen (looks like you have a full kitchen but there are just two glasses and cups). Lack of sunbeds by the pool, when I come at 4PM to the pool, all beds were occupied. Main entrance to the building had few steps, that were covered on one side with large piece of metal ramp. As this is apparently a "long term / temporary " solution, that piece of metal is very noisy anytime someone walks on that, making a noise for most of the building.
