Overall it is a good property with not so hospitable staff.

The property is good and the pool is clean. There is a garden area where kids can play. The rooms are quite spacious.

Food is average. Not for health-conscious people as the curries were full of too much oil. I found pasta and paneer curries orangish and wondered if any food colour had been added. The most surprising part is that they don't provide any room service. Since I was with the toddler, I requested milk and food items in the room. Sometimes they delivered, sometimes they did not. The staff is not very hospitable I would say.

Everything was nice regarding the room and the resort itself.

The restaurant was a disappointment. It wasnt clean, the staff barely spoke any English, the food wasnt wow, not to mention the kitchen was very dirty! I never ate there again.

Dishonest - hotel effectively stole money from us,completely misrepresenting what they would provide

Paid for a room with pool view which they didn't give and still charged for, many amenities advertised didn't exist, no safety deposit box, very noisy as they host corporate events, wifi didn't work for 24hrs and required complaining 4 times before fixed (and even thereafter still had problems). The hotel saves money by not having an alchohol license and then it buys it from the local market to sell it to you at grossly inflated prices (which is probably illegal). At the end of the stay the hotel kicked us out before the official check out time because we were foreign and they wanted to make room for Indian guests. Simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, managed by utterly dishonest management and staff.

Lovely property, outside of Ranthambore with very warm hospitality but lack of resources to create a great experience

The grandeur of the property, its upkeep and super welcoming hospitality

Less of resources. They have a chance of upgrading it to a very fabulous resort but I dont think they have the resources to do it. room service can be improved a lot. food was strictly average and that brings down the experience. while the taste is not great, their staff is very helpful, accommodating and caring. So I believe its a god place, low on resources and an underutilised but very willing team.

well maintained property ! appeared to cater for larger groups!

for safaris the canter or gypsy usually will pick you from your hotel. this information was not given by Sawi bagh or our safari booking agent. we ended paying huge amount to travel morning 6.30 in super cold weather to the spot ! I did the booking via reception of Sawi bagh but the staff did not inform me of any such process ! also I found the pricing to be higher for the stay we got !

Better than average

The property is very spacious with good greenery. we opted for a private pool suite and the pictures dont do justice. It is quite spacious and well made. The biggest concern was food - get basic breakfast spread. Did not once enjoy the ala-carte menu as well. Good food in the resort is mandatory in Ranthambore due to minimal options to eat out. They do not serve liquor - but there is no restriction on bringing your own liquor and enjoying in your private space. The staff wasnt bad, nor really great. Most of the staff appeared to be untrained. If you are looking for a place to be hosted well and feel special - leave such thoughts behind. They did not accept Amex.

Food was awful, there was no cleanliness in the room. Had a terrible time , would never even think of staying again. It was about 20 km away from the city.
