4 Star Hotel 5 minute ride to DT Ubud

Resort ended up messing up our reservation so we were put into the Nirwana suite which happened to be the largest one they had for 1/3 nights of our stay. After they moved our bags for us into the actual room we booked while we went downtown Ubud to shop and explore. Friendly staff, cheaper to get a massage downtown vs the spa they have. Nice rooms just wish they all had nets around the beds.

uneven paths, makes it difficult to carry heavy luggage across the resort.

Very tranquil way to unwind on arrival to Bali.

Amazing rooms. Shuttle bus to city centre was very handy. Staff were very helpful. Walking distance to a few cafes which was great.

Peaceful boutique resort with exceptional hospitality

Loved the ambiance and style. Food was excellent. Staff was exceptional.

Our neighbor was really loud and we could clearly hear their conversations through the wall.

The river pool villa is simply beautiful. They gave me the pool that I requested and were very accommodating of all my requests. Also I love the dance performances at the restaurant and I get to have pictures with the performers! The spa and bath helped me relax. It was an enjoyable experience.

Service may be a bit slow at the restaurant. Would prefer if there are single meal options for breakfast as well. Also would prefer if housekeeping is done on the lounge chairs of my villa as well since there are leaves, bird droppings and ants every morning. It would also be better if there are more lighting on the pool area of the villa at night.
