The hospitality and service still remains; thank you for the great service!

One of the basin in our room was clogged and hot water was warm(not hot). Room with a missing amenities (hair dryer) No longer offered a 24hours check in/check out policy (that was their selling point during our first visit to Ruma)

Beautiful building with stunning finishes and attention to detail. Lots of amenities (pool deck, gym, etc.) . Staff were very efficient and helpful. The hotel is centrally located.

Not much to dislike about the RuMa. Truly an exceptional hotel.
