Great location, but rooms are quite ordinary.

Location was perfect

For the price, it was not what we expect. Was not terrible but rooms were nothing special and the pillows and bed were terribly hard. Especially as a 2 hour early check in cost is more than the full night stay.

State "Not Smoking floor" at the time of booking

Great location just off zone N at the left end on the Departure Hall. Perfect for a brief stop-over and connecting flight. Good pyjamas, complete with toiletries and one free bottled water. Self-service check-in is not intuitive but pleasant enough staff to help.

I was allocated a room on the SMOKING FLOOR without being given a choice at the time of booking or check-in. And my room (No.448) was actually right next to the Smoking Room, which is open 24/7. Room was reallocated at request but I'd have preferred not having needed to do it in the first place after a long haul flight. For an airport hotel, it would have been great to have international/universal socket. Would also be great to have USB ports by the bed.

Good for a night's stay when flying in or out of Haneda.

The location is the hotel's USP. The airline check in counters are literally a minute's walk away. Good for a night's stay when travelling to and from Haneda.

Exceptional

The staff is almost completely bilingual if not entirely so (English/Japanese). Everyone was very polite and accommodating and the location was quiet and peaceful. The food was also well priced and exceptional.

Convenient but nothing special.

You cant beat the convenience for it is at one end of the check-in area of the airport, so we stayed here because of an early morning flight. Checking in is machine automated, the rooms are basic, cleanliness is questionable, noice was minimal even with the close proximity of the runways, and check-out was smooth.

A single night stay; extremely convenient for a next day flight.

They gave me a ticket voucher for breakfast in the restaurant that is right outside the check-in area. The single room was very nice as well! The bed is also big and comfy too! They also have baggage holdings as well, though I personally did not use it, you will see all of the baggage they hold onto for patrons as you check in/out.

I personally didn't like the giant window looking into the bathroom and toilet right in front of the main door. It's mostly a layout issue.
