We even left the same day to the other hotel as the wifi was not working the bed was itchy with few towels Tv without ds

The only thing i liked about the place was the lamb bunny chow very tasty my mouth is watering by just thinking about it.

It is like walking into a taxi rank and begging people to show you where are the taxis to where you supposed to go, very noisy unfriendly staff you will ask almost 7 people where is the reception before you get to the actual reception that time they are wearing uniforms we literally begged them to check us in they were just minding their own business chatting about their affairs.

The staff members made the experience less dreadful. They are amazing service ambassadors. Especially Thuli from the bar

Absolutely nothing, they really need to consider revamping the property. If the project is costly they can start by modernising the top floor first and say its the executive suits . The property has an old look and feel which makes it look dirty In a way.

The breakfast was not nice ordered an omlett it was disappointing and there was no cheese on the menu. I liked the hotel room, spacious and comfortable.

parking bays very few on the 3rd floor finding my way up to the top floor was very difficult. If you could securely more close by parking bay floor would help.

The breakfast was ok

Our door had a problem, the staff kept on coming to fix the door. Suddenly there was a man who just entered our room, we didn't know if it was a security or who but he did apologise and left. There was a time when the electricity just went off for like an hour, i doubt it was load shedding cz there were lights everywhere in town, even if there was load shedding it was my first time experiencing loadshedding in a hotel, other hotels do hav backup(if it was load shedding). We were given a wifi password but it was not working(poor coverage) Tv channels are too limited and the tv is too small. The staff was great
