    This fairly basic hotel had come for beds and reasonable size rooms. Breakfast was good and it was lovely to sit by the river while eating it. Staff were mainly friendly and helpful. Good location for exploring the Death Railway Museum and the bridge.
    We were kept awake by roosters constantly crowing throughout the night and then in the early morning by the adjacent room as the walls appear to be very thin.

    Staff were friendly.
    Bathroom was outdated and not as clean as desired. No dining facilities onsite for dinner. Breakfast was not very good.
