The Riverie by Katathani SHA Extra Plus is highly recommended for HiSo individuals and honeymooning couples. The hotel offers magnificent views, a kids' play area, and authentic Chinese food. The sta (Read More)ff is friendly and caring, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the rooms are well-kept. The pool area and grounds are excellent, although there have been complaints about poor service at the pool bar/restaurant. Overall, this hotel is a great option for families and nature lovers.

Very good

Acceptable for 5 star hotel.

Room is clean and big, bed was very comfortable and breakfast spread was amazing. Nice outdoor environment to dine and chill as well.

Hotel is rather far from centre and will need to cab everywhere. Also our room wasnt ready when we went around 2.30pm, and we were tired and hungry from the 3 hour bus ride from Chiang Mai.

Situated closely to best restaurant in town called the Hungry Wolf Water park for the children Great view of the river Staff were great

Beds were a bit hard It's a little bit old style this hotel.

Outstanding in every respect.

They put on a great Xmas atmosphere! It was beautifully decorated. They turned on the water system just for our daughter. They couldn't have been more considerate.

Had to wait for dinner service on Saturday night. But they had a xmas buffet. So it was understandable.

Good location good rooms!

Check in receptionists are great and friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast spread is good. Hotel has Indoor and outdoor dining. Outdoor dining is by the Kok river. Great light exhibition at night during festive season

During day time, Staffs at cafe and restaurant downstairs doesnt look cheerful at times with straight tone. Other than that its good.

Nice hotel beside an amazing restaurant

Beside the river. The Hungry Wolf excellent restaurant is next door doing great beers and amazing food. The staff at the hotel were so polite and helpful.

The place looks a little bit dated.

Excellent accommodation, with spacious balcony overlooking river. Huge comfortable bed. Great bathroom and walk in shower Amazing Christmas lighting in the gardens
