Overall, I had higher expectations and impecable amenities

Modern style and luxury

Small things like the bathtub stopper didn't work and made some noise, I had to request maintenance and they were literally planning to replace the stopper. Iron didn't work. The room's size was uneven, some bigger some smaller, I got smaller my family member got bigger (same price). I had street noise and commercial lights. I had to ask to move to another room and was moved. Overall, I had higher expectations and impeccable amenities.

I feel like I was racially profiled at this location I had a booking had a issue couldnt check in on time the lady who helped me was very nice until I came back in the morning and they told me they were full even though I had a reservation

there was convenience, there was quiet, there was public, there was private. I spent an entire weekend here and never left the building. And I didnt even get around to everything available.

the tv was not properly set up when I got there - like it was left abandoned halfway through tech work. the remote control for the tv had terrible buttons and poor response time between pushing the button and seeing it affect what was on screen. basically, theres no in-room entertainment unless you bring your own.
