Magical!

Superb, beautifully maintained estate with lots of well thought through facilities. Lovely, helpful, attentive staff. Golf buggies everywhere to pick you up and drop you wherever you wanted to go. breakfast was a wonder - the pastry chef is something else!

Wonderfull relaxing option in Koh Samui

Its a 5-star resort with exquisite service. The staff is fantastic. Everyone spoke good English and there is a client service all the time. I enjoyed the fantastic pool by the private beach. The gym was also excellent. I dont eat in the morning but went to the breakfast area on the first day to take a look and honestly, that is food for an entire day. I am so sorry I didnt have the time to experience the magnificent spa area and service. In-room orders were fast and food was good in all the resort areas. A great hotel where I expect to return soon. Top service!

The wide range of food for breakfast. I understand the luxury resort service but I don't understand that so much waste can be generated. People take food for the sake of it and without it being related to their real appetite. I hope the hotel has a program to reuse this food and if it works with the community and population of the island even better.

The room was amazing and the staff were super nice and helpful. Any request they were very happy to assist The buggies works great and come very fast so the distances of the rooms are not an issue

The food selection during the day is not very good. Only the beach restaurant is open and it has a rather small (and very pricey) menu. The hotel is a bit isolated and there is nothing really walking distance as well. Next time, I would take a car when I go but still very recommended for a short stay.

Exceptional

Incredible experience- decided last minute to spend 4 days here for our honeymoon after a bad experience at another hotel and the Ritz completely turned it around. They made us feel very special, the service and staff are impeccable and personal. There are so many activities within the resort you dont even need to leave, and the breakfast and tennis court were our highlights. Thank you for taking care of us!

Fabulous the staff made it amazing but shame about the beach.

The amazing attentive staff who were perfect in their customer service and care. Brilliant staff, credit to the company.

Mosquito bites! And pebbles on the beach. Not a sandy beach at all.

The hotel views are nice however this isnt Ritz standard

The rooms are nice and they have a great breakfast

The staff wasnt very attentive, most requests were just denied with a No. Werent very welcoming when attending pool, had to put our towels down by ourselves, had to wait for drinks for 30 min plus, ordered were forgotten. Occasionally ignored by staff, although it wasnt even busy. Might be by own preference but the estate is so big you have to get golf carts go get anywhere around the hotel.

Best resort in Koh Samui

A very special place to speed quality time, Every thing was beyond perfect. All the staff very helpful and welcoming and their aim is to keep you happy and comfortable at your stay. Starting with Mi and Mario were they helped us in checking in & out and introduced us to the resort and the facilities. We were very happy with the special breakfast surprise from Sine. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable.

Superb

Service is the best. A concierge, Ms. My, was extremely friendly and was so helpful with recommendations to some good local restaurants. During breakfast time, Mr. Armand, introduced us to new dishes of the morning with details from a chef. Overall we were pleased with excellent service from staff.
