Great place to stay in Jakarta
Everything was great;
Except for the check in. The checkin time was 3pm and we were there at 3:10pm, but rooms weren't ready till 4:30pm. And when i asked for late check out to compensate for that, they said, 1hour complimentary late check out, 3 hours will cost IDR 2Million and full night charge a minute after that.

The room was incredible. Mayfair suite was huge with so much space and comfort! The staff were so friendly and couldnt have done anymore to make sure we had the perfect stay! The pool and spa facilities were impeccable and the lounge bar was fantastic with food drink and service

Everyone was very kind and very helpful and the rooms were sparkling clean!
It was all fabulous! Breakfast at the Asia restaurant was a bountiful array of deliciousness!
For a solo traveler the standard rooms seem very big - I recommend the spa rooms on the 5th floor - much more cosy!
