The food was good, many items in the games room were broken or not working, pool chairs were dirty, lots of extra charges for facilities like nearly all TV channels or games like billiards or air hockey in the games room. They really hold you hostage given that you're in a resort with nothing nearby and overcharge for everything

Very nice property. They can renovate their Bedsheet remotes and mirrors.

Nice property. They claim to be 5 star but its not like Conrad in pune. It may be an old 5 star property. Overall nice and pleasant. Not super duper luxurious

The fish smell is terrible. You cant come out of the room. The room passages smell. If you leave the door open for a min you have foul smell in room. Its impossible to go out of the hotel building for a walk. I had to literally run from the lobby door to the car. No fault of the hotel but it does spoil the vacation
