The Radh Hotel is conveniently located and has a lovely restaurant with superb food, though there are limited vegetarian options. The rooms are wonderful, with luxurious bathrooms, and the service is (Read More) exceptional. It is highly recommended as a boutique hotel, offering great value for money. The location is ideal, within walking distance to main attractions in Kandy. Overall, guests had a great experience and were happy with their stay.

Unfortunately, spa was not available, bug they arranged a massage in another hotel and drive me there

Even though there were things about my stay that were not pleasant, I'd stay here again.

The staff was very kind and did all possible to take care of issues. Appreciate the hotel management for at least trying. The breakfast was fantastic. Location was prefect. Happy they had a treadmill even though it needs maintenance. Great pillows! Comfortable room but noisy- I tried to avoid this.

My request for a quiet room on a high floor, that was emailed to the hotel 3 months prior and before check in was ignored. Because of this it affected the entire stay. The hotel had me next to the service elevator and laundry room on the 1st floor! Was unable to sleep well. Woken up early (7am) by noise. Had dinner here my first night and they forgot to place my order. This is after sitting for 45 minutes. Went elsewhere and never returned for dinner again. Housekeeping wasn't very good. Made the bed only and poorly at that. Then left everything else a mess. Especially the bathroom.

Very good

Great small comfortsble hotel in the centre of Kandy.

Comfortable bed and a well appointed room, conveniently located next to the lake and temple. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Communication with the Radh was not great, and they were slow to responded to questions. Staff were friendly but service was sometimes a little slow.

Design of the hotel is not conducive to a good nights rest due to acoustics of the atrium. Our room had a number of windows which overlook the atrium space and the sounds from lobby and dining area below were very disturbing. For example, the sounds from kitchen packing up and the setting up of breakfast area were clearly heard from our room on 4th floor. Given the main purpose of a hotel is to provide a comfortable nights rest this is a major failing.

Superb

We had a great stay, travelling with our family to Kandy, spent 2 days and the Hotel was a great place to rest up for the activity. Great rooms, excellent location and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Nice, centrally located hotel. Avoid the 4th floor.

Clean, comfortable, central location, good bfast, friendly staff

We stayed on the 4th floor and, through the roof, we heard a rater noisy vibration, on and off. Probably some airconditioning. When we complained they neiether fixed it nor we received any reaction.
