The staff. The hotel is beautiful, as well as the setting where it is located. The breakfast was also very good!
There are a lot of mosquitoes, and despite the periodical fumigation and our careful open/close of doors, every night a dozen mosquitoes would not let us sleep. It would be easily solved with mosquito nets over the beds as it is done where mosquitoes are a problem. The AC is extremely noisy.

Good food, nice pools, nice beaches.
The hotel did not provide information that you have to pay for the slippers and beach slippers. We take used slippers with usin order not to use additional slippers in other hotels, taking into account the fact that we need to carre the environment and nature around us. But it turns out that you still had to pay for the removal of garbage from the island.

A really memorable stay, kids had an awesome time and want to go back
The resort is stunning, the island is beautiful. The 2 bedroom pool villa we had was lovely, massive rooms, pool was really big. The staff are really friendly. Breakfast spread was good. Good choices was good, mix of western and Thai.
The jacuzzi and the Japanese toilet in the bathroom didn't work. The bubbles/jacuzzi in the family pool didn't work. WiFi was bad and kept dropping out all the time. Nothing a bit of TLC can't fix

To be honest, from the moment I reached the island, I fell in love. Everything is perfect. It will be my favourite distnation every year.
I tried to find something that I didn't like but there's none.

Heaven on earth
Absolutely stunning surroundings and design. The staff were extremely warm, friendly and helpful - in particular C from Chiang Mai who works in the seafood restaurant was super attentive, and couldnt do enough to make sure we had the best time for our dinner! The complementary yoga classes with Cher were also a wonderful way to start the day. We have never seen water more beautiful so blue and clear, or sand thats more powdery white, its truly paradise. The rooms were large, modern, clean and really comfortable. The housekeeping staff were so proactive in making sure you had the most easy and comfortable stay. The food in the restaurants was also outstanding, as were the happy hour cocktails and snacks overlooking the sea. The spa centre and massages were great there! We had a treatment together as a couple which was fab. The whole thing was magical!

We had a fantastic stay! Only small thing was that we borrowed snorkelling gear on one day, and it was a bit outdated / faulty, so let water in - but cant complain as it was complementary! Also, the rest of the island hasnt rebounded from covid so many of the other beaches on the island are now deserted which means theres not an awful lot to do on the island outside of the hotel. This wasnt a problem for us as we still enjoyed walking round the island, and had more than enough to keep us busy in the hotel :)

One of the best places Ive stayed at. Ever! Service was amazing and such a beautiful resort.
Fabulous! The accomodation, pools, beach and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious.
