The Quartier Hotel Phromphong - Thonglor by Compass Hospitality exceeded expectations with its spacious, clean, and beautifully designed rooms. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is pet-fri (Read More)endly and well-behaved pets were observed. There were minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a nice front view and an open view from some rooms. Overall, the hotel provided a luxurious experience at a budget price. The facilities, including the rooftop pool and gym, were worth the price. The staff, especially Bee and Wi, provided exceptional service.

- the staff did not pay attention to the request. The female receptionist looked angry when i would like my room to be cleaned. - I requested room cleaning service on the second day. The female staff said yes but no one came to my room to clean. So we had to stay in the dirty rooms for whole stay - I forgot my white slippers at the hotel. When I called back to hotel, I talked to the male staff. He said he would call me back. But I did receive the call from him even though i waited for him 3 days.

Pleasant

We like this hotel and all time its good. But now it was smell in the room from the canalization. Next day they change the room , but the night was not pleasant , we asked for some discount but they did nothing . I am not sure next time go we or not to this hotel

Perhaps convenient if needing to explore the back streets of Thong Lor

I chose this hotel because it is near to Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital which I needed to visit, and the location was fine. Room size and general in-room facilities were also fine.

The base bed sheet was too short (did not reach the end of the bed) so the 183 cm person like me meant I had the base sheet curling up around my feet. The hotel does not offer breakfast and they point guests to a Korean restaurant across the road for a breakfast deal they have arranged.

Perfectly acceptable for a short stay in Bangkok

hotel was comfortable, especially the bed was fantastic. Plenty of lighting options. Good pressure from the shower, the fittings and design of the room were good with wooden flooring which is always preferred. Some very nice restaurants just nearby the hotel.

When I booked, I thought the property was larger than it was. The reception is very small and the building really has little facilities at all. When I tried to go to the pool sometime after 7pm I found that it was already closed. When walking outside of the property, sidewalks/pavements only go in one direction, if you want to go the other way you have to walk on the very narrow road.

Disappointing

I felt discomfort. Room service should be increased. Seemed not pro to the guest.

For those who look for a soundless environment, then it could be a better option for them. For getting medical treatment at Samitivej Hospital, then is very close.

The hotel has no food options. As a result, we had to go outside which was time-consuming. On the other hand, diversified food is not available near the hotel and after 9:00 pm all restaurants are closed. For food, it seems a costly zone. Its location is far from BTS station, so extra money has to be spent to reach BTS if not interested in walking. I found the hotel rooms are not spacious compared to the rent with other hotels and the lobby as well. The lobby has a very small space (seems not more than 20 sq meters including reception) and felt discomfort in getting rest. This is a narrow-body hotel.
