Exceptional

Very enjoyable stay, I have stayed here many times.

The room was very nice and clean, very nice pool and complementary drinks tokens to use at the bar. Close to bars and restaurants also plenty of good places to go shopping.

Good location.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are not spacious but also not too small. They made good use of the space available. The beds are comfortable and all amenities are available as needed. Location-wise, this hotel is close to the MRT station. It's right at the front of the hotel.

The elevator from the parking building is way at the back. It took a little walk to get there. The parking building is also very small. Two cars cannot drive past each other at the same time. One at a time only, especially around the corners of every floor.

Nice hotel across Union Mall

20 mins from Don Muang airport. Located right across Union Mall with train stations close by. Nice room size with plenty of sunlight. Staff was pleasant and helpful. You can order a massage in your room. Food was also good and at good price.

The housekeeping didn't come. Check out process took a while.

Location is ok for a few bars and some restaurants. Not full on touristy!! Clean new hotel, bed comfortable. Breakfast selection ok.

Noisy cleaners talking outside the room woke me up. No English channels on tv.

Location, underground stop just next door, 2 large malls within walking distance e.t.c Facilities, swimming pool, gym.

Not bad, but it could be a bit cleaner. Reception staff were not so friendly. Should great with a smile. Also didn't always take the time to listen. I understand language can be hard but asked about transport to the airport, "sorry no". Found out later they offer both van and taxi. All other staff are very friendly and helpful.

If the cleaning method could be refined a little bit more like :- mopping the guest room floor every day and washing the guest room toilet walls a little more frequently.

The staff there the (green horn) trainee ratios is higher than the experience senior staff which means there is more mistakes occur frequently just like the counter staff making mistakes or don't understand English while handling check-in or check-out at the hotel front desk.

If the room service (cleaning part) could be more hygienic like mopping the (room floor) every single day and washing the shower room walls a bit more frequently.

They trying to save the plastic bag on the rubbish bin especially the bin inside the toilet room.
