The hotel has old fittings, flooring, furnniture, etc. The bathroom fittings were past their useful life. I will not stay here again.

Very disappointing & zero value for money.

Decent food with adequate choices

Cleanliness, staff training, they just listened to your problems but never took any steps to resolve them. We had requested for airport pick up but nobody turned up & on asking for the reason got no reply. We were given a no smoking room but it was full of cigarettes smoke. The furniture was old & seedy, the toilet was smelly & dirty.
