We stayed very shortly but it was the most lovely stay. They even helped us get a driver to Munnar during the busiest time of the year.

- Joseph, the owner was very lovely and helpful. He helped us book in a very affordable backwaters day tour for rs.2000 per person that included a homecooked Kerala style lunch. He also assisted in getting the Kathakali dance tickets for rs.500 per person. - Location was perfect, central and great! Within 5-10 mins walking distance from many amazing food places. 1 min walk to a chai place. Must try Marys kitchen for home cooked food and Fusion Bay restaurant for seafood (fish mango curry) - Rooms were so clean and comfortable with shared spaces such as the kitchen and living area. The rooms are only accessible by stairs and rooms only payable by cash.

A wonderful stay with an eversmiling host like Joseph made our family vacation memorable!

The location is very good. Everything is within walking distance- the beach, the cathedral, princess street and very good eating joints both budget and chic. The host is very welcoming. He made us feel totally at home.

Breakfast option at the Homestay would have been convenient.

A perfect relaxed place in Cochin.

The pod cochin homestay was like home for us. We stayed there for a total of 7 days. They have a common kitchen space which is fully equipped. They also provide drinking water supply. Joseph and his wife are really kind people and we felt very safe and relaxed staying there. There is nothing bad about this homestay. We would stay there again. :)

Rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The location is quite good, being only 10 minutes walk from the waterfront and the majority of Fort Kochi. There is a common room with a fridge and kitchen area which we didn't use but looked good for preparing your own meals/ordering food in. We were very grateful to be able to store luggage with the hosts on our final day in between check out and a sleeper bus. The host family are very nice and always available for help.

Lovely room and property, great value

Has two floors with 3 rooms and a communal space on each - we were on floor with fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony which was great. Rooms were clean and had all the basics, shower lovely and hot. Didnt see much of owners but they were there if you needed them. Just out of centre of town but walking distance to everything and was tucked off main road so little noise. Had a lovely 3 night stay there and very good value for money.

The owner was very adamant on us leaving the footwear out. He kept on disturbing us with it. Too many rules. It felt like I was at some school hostel instead of a stay.

This is just like home . Joseph and Jennifer are great hosts . Excellent location . Small but very clean and comfortable room.. absolute value for money
