Good property but very dissatisfying customer service

The property was well maintained.

The way they had divided the property for the purpose of homestay could have been better. There wasnt any common restroom in place which made it difficult for us. We didnt have any dedicated caretaker - something you normally expect in a homestaythere was a hostess available - but their approach towards us was not something we expected.we have had experiences wherein the hostess/caretaker will go out of the way to delight the customershere it was the other way aroundthey had their own rules and regulations within which the customers were keptin the endtheir rules and regulations didnt even help in serving us a cup of tea/coffeewe finally vacated the place a day earlier than planned even though we paid for 2 full days and for additional beds only bcos the hostess was not customer friendly

The owner of the accommodation is a very confused person and also unfair. Despite the agreement that she should create a sign with my name and my requests to be picked up at the airport, the owner did not do anything we agreed on (the owner agreed to everything!) I ended up having to make my own way to the accommodation. and still, the owner wanted to pay me, even though she didn't keep her agreement and accused me that it was my fault. The accommodation is completely outside the center, it is not easy to find (even the taxi driver had a problem), there was no toilet paper in the room, the faucet at the sink did not work! The owner also provided us with transportation to the next accommodation, but again, she was confused, despite the fact that she had the address and we were navigating it the whole time, so she didn't know at all. then she wanted more money from us. and she did not acknowledge and apologize for her mistake. it's really unfair. please do not offer services that you are not willing to comply with and fulfill. I do not recommend

The colour of the walls outside

First off the hassle involved with this place. You want something easy to book not to have constantly answer WhatsApp messages to confirm the booking etc. 50% of payment was wanted upfront initially. Since I'm not a resident of India, online payments aren't straightforward. The agreement was that I paid the full amount when I got there. A 350 rupee evening surcharge plus she wanted an extra 300 rupees "mandatory" fee for her own "taxi" to be used. It wasnt a taxi, it was someone she know's car. When I saw the word "mandatory" used in a WhatsApp message I was going to find my own transport instead. Nothing is "mandatory" its just "convenience" for the host. I later realised this. On meeting the host I didn't appreciate her demeanour or attitude towards me. I was let known I unknowingly inconvenienced her as she had to make her own way down to the homestay. I don't think she understands the business relationship with a paying guest. First rule, don't try and lecture a paying customer. Especially when the host has created an inflexible business model and expects a customer to adapt to a business they've created whereby the host has to make her own way down to the property on occasions. Advice 1. Learn customer relations 2. Reevaluate your business model

Okayish!! Mentioned a few points below to make sure you should book or not.

The location was better and their scooty facility was top-notch!

Few points to keep in mind if you are planning to book it- The blue houses that they have showcased in their gallery are just to present, they have 2-3 rooms just behind this beautiful building and entrance. Rooms were clean but few drawbacks- No hand wash was there Their mattress sucks! Felt like a thin layer blanket As it is a guest house, there was no availability of food menu, assistance, or anything. They just want money. Called me at night to pay the money right now. After I mentioned that I was asleep, she hung up the call.

Just the closeness to airport

Horrible experience! They claim to have cleanliness and wifi, both were not present during our stay. Wifi was out, the caretaker told us it will be fixed, never got fixed. Its a dirty property, the rooms were not cleaned and sanitised when we arrived. The caretaker just somehow changed bedsheets and asked us to adjust since it was late night The washroom was dirty and not sanitised too, did not even have a hand soap. The bottle was just kept empty. No towels. Spiders crawling in the room. When we asked for a price adjustment, host ghosted us. Please avoid! The price may look like a steal but its not worth a penny.
