Great stay.

The hostesses bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice. As it was New Year's Eve the bar was open for guests till late.

There should have been a hand towel in the bathroom.

The facilities at The Penryhn are great. Lovely hosts who ensure you have all available local knowledge given to you upon arrival. Clean rooms/ public areas, friendly hosts, lovely breakfast and free parking outside (not reservable). Short (2miles approx) tram ride/walk down to main Blackpool area, quiet location to ensure a good night's sleep. Thank you to you both a s enjoy your well deserved holiday, see you again in the future

Nothing, as even though we experienced a problem with the radiator in our room, we were advised of the issue and was provided with a small portable electric radiator which kept the room adequately warm for us. Thank you for always keeping us informed.
