Beautiful hotel with a perfect location.

All staff was very polite and helpful, especially the lady on the tourist information desk who helped us book a trip to Hong island and a moped to use over our stay! Beautiful hotel and location far enough out that you feel peaceful with only a 8 min drive into the main town

Great!

The views from the property and a pool, direct access to the pool from the room and spacious living area. Friendly staff, nice ambiance. 10 min from the main area, but you have shuttle every 1 hour.

The breakfast could be more various, same every day so if youre saying there more than 2-3 days might seem a little disappointing. The AC is loud.

Great hotel in Ao Nang

Staff were very helpful & polite. Food was the best hotel food we experienced in Thailand.

There was a few power cuts whilst we were there but assume this was weather related.

The food in the restaurant is very delicious and of high quality; the swimming pool is very clean, without chlorine, with salt; the location is very quite and close to the nature; people of the hotel are very friendly and made us feel home

This property was exceptional in every way. High quality service from all staff, beautiful location without being too far from the centre of Ao Nang, luxurious rooms & delicious breakfast. Overall an amazing place to stay when visiting Krabi.

Not a 5-star hotel or resort here

The staff was great and nice. They have an hourly shuttle to gown to Ao Nang beach and back that works fine and its a good help.

I was expecting more from a hotel that has the word ecological on its name. Its a normal hotel, not a Resort as they claim or a 5-star hotel. YOu can see that by the property, services, and breakfast options. Food at the pool bar wasnt that good also.

Amazing place in Krabi

This hotel is perfect to relax and wind off while still having the convenience of being close to the beaches of buzzing Ao Nang (just 5min with shuttle) and the surrounding tropical islands of Krabi such as Koh Poda (amazing place when arriving early). You could also walk to the nearby street for 7 Eleven, a very nice coffee place and a big fruit market. The hotel is clean, beautifully made and well taken care off. The pool is big with a cool pool bar attached to it and plenty of sunbeds to soak up the bright and warm sunlight of Krabi. I had the family room just for me, modern looking, spacious and an amazing bed, clean and big bathroom and lovely terrace. Great breakfast and dinner too! The biggest plus of this place is the owner and his wife, and all the wonderful staff working at Anana Ecological Resort. As I mixed up to different timeslots for a flight, I was going to miss my flight back to Bangkok. However, the owner and his wife helped me out and personally drove me to the airport, making it just in time to catch my flight. I dont think any hotel owner would ever do that. It was 2 hours back and forth for them. I especially loved the way he was so focused, calm and determined like a boss to get me on that flight, while his wife called the airline to wait for me. Amazing they did this and I am super grateful for their kind efforts. Take this hotel, you wont regret it.

My only comment would be to organise the gym a bit. It looks a bit messy when I was there.
