Great place to stay near Delhi

Hidden gem in Gurgaon. Property was proper gym that is well equipped, big pool and pub that was great for watching cricket

The first 2 hours were hell, as we got to interact with the super arrogant reception staff

The restaurant staff and food was beyond expectations

The reception staff is worst during the day. They are so arrogant and test your patience to a level that you give up. The staff definitely needs some etiquette training. I never write bad feedback, but the reception staff at the palms pushed me to a level that I cant hold anymore.
