Overall, it is good stay, except for the washing machines problem
close to restaurants and pike street.
homeless on streets near the property and the washing machines not working properly.

Not spectacular, but works just fine.
Central location right opposite pike place market. Apartment is fairly spacious and well equipped.
Zero natural light. Only one window, but even that opens into the backyard.

It was a horrible experience. If you are a person whose travel plans never change, then you may find this a good place to stay. My plans changed. I could not stay at the room. For 3 days prior to planned arrival I notified the Oxford and Booking.com.. Each blamed the other for unwillingness to budge on refunding any portion of the full cost of 3 nights ($500+). I pleaded - could you charge me for the first night but return the other two? Could you advertise the room and if you are able to rent it, return my cost for the room? I heard repeatedly that I was past the refund date and how each couldn't do anything because of the other. So my words of advice - having to pay the full amount in advance with a no refund policy can be very costly! Any major hotel would have worked with me - perhaps charging for the first night only.

This was an amazing place to stay, that allowed us to explore the city and have a great time.
The view was amazing. The hotel was located very close to Pikes Market. Less than a five-minute walk. There were restaurants located just opposite of the hotel. Small grocery stores were close by allowing us to get small things that we needed.
The shower was a tad small for the type of shower head they used. Bed was a tad squeaky. We found our door was unlocked when we arrived from check in. Little nerve racking but we contacted an associate, and they were able to talk us through everything.

Yeah - in hindsight it was OK.
What did I think of the breakfast? I made it so it was ok, nothing special. (In fact I went around the corner to the Philippine Restaurant. I think it was Ludi's. They were friendly) Location was OK close to the Public Market and a walk to the spectacular Chihuile Museum (a highlight).
Make sure you have wifi or the codes to access the place before you arrive. If you are from overseas and don't have unlimited roaming wait till someone comes out to sneak in and use the free wifi from next door. It seems to me that Kasa is trying to be too hipster when there are still some old school types out there, After a long flight messing about in this way was not appreciated. Keep the bathroom door shut to limit the noise from running water.

Great price, but loud....
They let us check in 2 hours early which was great! Awesome location, lots within walking distance and close to the train (which you can take to SEA-TAC). Good value.
VERY loud. Incredibly loud. That was definitely the worst part. Windows are thin and not soundproof. Sirens and horns all night long. And maybe some construction? Also, the shower nozzle was hard to use.

Very good
A good experience
The rooms were clean, with nice furniture. The room was not looking towards the street, but towards the back. This meant that there was not much noise from traffic, but on the downside, the room did not have a lot of light. The bed was comfy, but it was making noise when you were getting in or out of bed. The size of the studio was quite good, but the bathroom was small. By the way, I particularly liked the shampoo/conditioner provided. All in all, it was a good experience. I had a good sleep and enjoyed the proximity to everything. But there are a few things that could be better taken care of.
The blinds seemed a bit difficult to open (I didnt even try). A few times, I could hear the steps of the people above, but it was not a big deal. There were certain spots which were not taken care of though and showed the age of the building (uncovered power outlet, shower head).

Superb
Great location! Super comfy bed.
The shower was a little cramped, if one was tall or plus size, it might be a little difficult.
