The friendly staff, comfort and location.

Handing us 1 room key when the room is clearly booked for 2 and then adding the 2nd key as a potential charge if not returned. Each individual checked-in might have their own plans. 2 keys should be standard without a hold on one's account

The rooms were specious and clean

I had booked for a room with a mountain view. However, it was more of a city view, and I would only see the mountain from my bedroom window .and in our second room, there was no toilet brush and no gowns, and the color decor was different from the pictures, which made fill like I was given a different room.

Beautiful place I will definitely use it again

The property if beautiful and spacious and right in the middle of the CBD with a beautiful view of the mountain!

The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear everything happening upstairs and in the passage

Exceptional

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious, modern and comfortable. The pool and bar area with views of Table Mountain was lovely. It was very easy to get about with Uber taxis or the hop on hop off bus. We would definitely stay here again.
