Beautiful outlook and neat tidy property. Love to return.

Great help with late check in. Beautiful outlook and lovely pool. Rooms clean and tidy.

No restaurant open at present and a bit of walk to nearest mini mart.

It was amazing, wonderful. Its the best residence in the island. I ike

I was amazed that, despite the reception closing at 5 pm, the residence staff warmly greeted us at 7:30 pm and took us to our room. What cleaning they have every day! The view certainly cannot be compared with anything. The staff is very friendly. The pools were cleaned every day and they were sparkling. I advise everyone to book this residence!

Disappointing

Not as nice as the pictures...

The pool was ok. Accommodation was spacious. Staff were friendly. Location was ok - 5 minute drive from Kuah town where you can find places to eat. Despite Langkawi's shortcomings, we had a nice time. Had a great day at the Splash Out water park. The place looks deserted from the outside with fading paint and an empty car park but when we got in it was very pleasant. No queues and clean changing / toilet facilities. We did a Kayak tour of the mangroves with 'Extreme Langkawii' which was excellent.

The photos of this place look great on the website, but in reality, the accommodation was tired and grubby. Not necessarily dirty, but just tired with old, stained furniture, rugs etc. When we got there, reception's roof was leaking and staff were catching the drips in litter bins. The coastline next to the hotel was dirty and not appealing at all. This goes for all of the beaches that we visited in Langkawi. Like pretty much everything in Langkawi, the place lacks investment.

View of the property is very good

Restaurant not there and we had to order food from outside every meal , didnt feel the resort and not worth for the money to charge so much which dont have restaurant
