You will likely only see the Taj Mahal once. This hotel is worth that one time

Very good

Very nice property with comfortable rooms and very close to the Taj Mahal

The service and staff in general was very good, very helpful, always smiling and willing to help. The food was of good quality and the "a la carte" menu was diversified enough.

There was a bit of deficiencies in the organization on Christmas Eve day (activities schedule ) but we shared the feedbacks with the management and they seemed to understand and be willing to improve for next year. Apart from that, it was generally a great stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Total waste or time and money don't bother

The location of the hotel is nice, rooms are well appointed.

They had no information on the Taj Mahal, made it very difficult for us to visit. We also missed seeing it in the day because no one at the hotel could inform us on the best time and way to visit. It was a total waste of time and money.

service extremely good, staff was very attentive since minute 1. the welcome, the explanation were awesome. the staff accommodates to your own needs. during my honeymoon they made a free upgrade to balcony room where I had a pleasant dinner. breakfast was very complete, fell in love with jabeli dessert. they have their own golf kart to get to Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal view from room was unique. during the night the silhouette is very clear. congratulations to the staff!
