Swimming pool area was under maintainence. Leakage of AC water from indoor unit by midnight. No plug points near bed for phone charging. No extra bed was given even after prior request. Manager promised to meet and solve this issue, but he dint appear.

The Location. The warmth of the staff.

1. Breakfast was limited; apart from eggs and dosa, all other dishes were very average; breads weren't good. 2. Design of the suite was terrible. 3. Room keys didn't work initially. 4. Towels were frayed; bathroom fittings need to be changed; side tables were rickety.

Spacious Rooms but the Hotel Management Needs Training to call them a 5-star.

The Rooms are good and spacious with an excellent location.

The Hotel is working on cost-cutting or still not able to come out of the Jolt of Covid. We had insufficient towels(one piece for double occupancy)., toiletries, and water bottles(1 Litre for double occupancy). We had to keep on asking and the receptionist Nikita was rude and tried to tell us that we could not keep more than 1 Litre; you had to keep on asking if we wanted more water. This is an incorrect behavior if you say that you are a 5-star.

The room was awesome, it had 24warm water available, the house keeping staff was very good and if anything required they sent it to our room. The breakfast had a large variety of items, the omelette was awesome which was made live, everything was excellent Thank you O and bookings.com

Exceptional Stay at O Hotel Koregaon Park I recently had the pleasure of staying at O Hotel Koregaon Park for three days, and I cannot express how delightful my experience was. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Firstly, I would like to commend Nikita, the receptionist, for her warm and welcoming nature. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Nikita even assisted us in checking in early, understanding the needs of our infant and making our arrival stress-free. The service staff, including Asavari, Sudhir, and Tanushka, truly made our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and genuine care were evident in every interaction. They not only looked after us exceptionally well but also went the extra mile to cater to the needs of our baby. Their professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service were truly commendable. A special mention goes to Sudhir, who recommended the most delicious food at the Indian restaurant. His expertise and knowledge of the menu added an extra layer of delight to our dining experience. His passion for his work and attention to detail were evident in every dish he suggested. Amazing stay near airport and boutique stay !

Amazing property close to airport. Very nice interior. Amazing food. The banquet manager Mr Mac went extra mile to serve food to my friend who wanted specific food. Reception staff also very courteous .
