Comfortable stay at a slightly higher price

The place was clean, and the balcony had a fairly nice view. The staff was very helpful, and provided us tea and snacks at the time of check-in. They also helped us with our travel plans. The room was spacious (the balcony was not wide though). Quiet even when it was very close to the St. John's Church on Christmas Day.

The balcony was not very spacious, and it would help if there was an iron to go with the iron-board.

The people running the hotel are kind, the rooms decent and the location very convenient

The location is good for the Old Quarter with excellent street food.

They include photos of food suggesting they have a restaurant, but theres no restaurant or bar at all, and I dont believe they ever have. This to me seemed rather deceptive. They should remove all the photos of a breakfast buffet and chocolate fountain and simply show what they have. I wouldve been far happier with the truth from the start rather than excuses.

Make your decision carefully, disappointed for not able to stay for what we booked

Staff was professional in providing service to carry our luggage to the van on the last day despite hiccup happened.

1) Prior to check in time for about 2 hours, I was informed by hotel that due to heavy rain last week, the room condition in our room was not good enough to use, so we was asked to stay in the sister company. Which was downgrade from 4star to 3star. We not sure whether the reason provided was true or not, but nevertheless, we did not manage to stay in the original hotel that booked. Hotel staff inform in last minute, asked us don't come for the hotel we booked, go to their sister hotel, room no upgrade but hotel star downgrade. 2) Booking.com shows the room in noble swan hotel was higher than their sister hotel where we were asked to moved to, we show it to the staff but staff insisted that their sister hotel room price was higher?? 3) Payment terms in booking.com difference with actual. Payment terms in booking.com mention that payment will be charge one day before arrival, but when we check in, we were informed that payment was not charged yet, we don't mind pay at the hotel, but at least some advance notice, else it creates worryness. The credit card details were filled in when booking, I'm still worried for the double charges.
