Nothing in particular but I did had some difficulty locating the place on Grab as I entered the exact name of the place but it brought me to another location that was a distance away.

Overall we like the interior design of the place, might come again by car next time.

The front desk staff is a bit grumpy when there are questions being asked, he was friendly initially but when I asked if there's shampoo in the bathroom, he started to give impatient look. It's there but it's unnoticed because I didn't check thoroughly for shampoo, body wash and conditioner were place at built in shelf in the wall. The point here is someone in hospitality industry should be friendly.

No noise cancellation. Upstairs guests were very inconsiderate, pulling chairs and slammed door very loudly in the middle of the night.

Clean and good location but facilities can be better managed.

Clean hotel. Good location near eateries and shopping.

Most of the time I had very little to no Hot water while showering. Even after letting the staff know. There was little to no improvement. I stayed in a Kingbedroom for 3 nights and each day was the same issue. I would expect hot water any time of day. Especially in this hotel.

A must stay in melaka close to everything you need

Location - best local food within 10mins walk; nyonya cuisine, local stalls, international delicacies. - less than 10mins walk to malls. - approx 15mins walk to jonker street. The house - extremely clean in all areas - free snack bar - resident meow to play with - friendly staffs - private parking space The room - spacious twin room - good water pressure - lovely designed interior - lots of natural light

- The fan was rather loud, time for a fix. - Walls and door rather thin.

Good location and clean room

No handrail for stair. No lift. Very dangerous for senior citizens or people with disabilities. Not disabled friendly. Should indicate in advertisements the place is not suitable who has walking disabilities issues

Well appointed guesthouse in Melaka. Excellent

This is an exceptional guesthouse in Melaka. Its very clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Comfy beds and nice decor with good A/C. Its a fifteen minute walk to the old town or a few ringgit with Grab. There is a newly opened food court right next door which was very convenient. I would very happily stay here again if I was in Melaka

Nice stay in Melaka

Lovely and relaxing boutique hotel. Really nice that they provided free tea, coffee and snacks. Very welcoming and friendly.

Location was a bit out of town and the streets were not the best walking in (with no pavement). No problem if you book a grab like we did. No lift and so hard work getting our suitcases to the 3rd floor.

This time is our second stay at The Nest House. We come again because we love everything here especially the bathroom, very clean as if it was built yesterday. Please maintained and we will come again.
