Amazing subject to reconsider Muslaims couples privacy in private swimming pool area.

Peaceful and friendly staffs

No privacy, same entrance was shared for each two villas and neighbor and room service staffs and farmers are accessing our private pool. Uncomfortable at all. Better call a personal swimming pool not a private one.

Somewhat disappointing. Not commensurate with previous guest ratings and the high room rates.

The spa offered excellent therapy treatments. The staff were generally helpful and courteous. The private pool and the view from my room provided a very good setting for a relaxed holiday.

The hardware of the property was tired and lacked maintenance, e.g. the following issues were not fixed before we arrived - the glass door of the shower cubicle had its rubber band ripped off resulting in flooding of the space outside; - the sunken bath outside the villa was dirty and the staff simply advised us not to use it instead of having it cleaned beforehand; - the wooden bench and chair in the outdoor area were covered with thick layers of dust; - the glass sliding door at the balcony could not be locked properly; - the door to the living room and the sliding doors to the bedroom creaked loudly when moved; - the Pilates equipment at the gym was rusty and could not be used. Furthermore, some of the hardware design was awkward and not user friendly, e.g. - the bedside benches were much lower than the bed itself and could not be easily reached when sleeping on the bed; - the glass doors of the toilet and shower cubicle were made of clear glass (instead of stained glass) which restricted movements of other family members when one of the facilities was in use; - there was no tissue box in the wash basin area; - the lighting in the pooled area was too dim at night; - there were not enough drawers and hangers for a family stay.

The best place in Phuket with the great harbor. Close to Kamala and Patong (10-15 min by car). The main pool view and territory of the hotel is amazing.

Wonderful saty

I was a little hesitant at the time of booking. But I found then the resort is very huge and nice. The service is fast, the dealings are elegant, and the person in charge, Mrs. Mink, is extremely professional. My husband needed medication, so the reception staff contacted the hospital to ensure its availability. They are so wonderful and I would definitely recommend the resort and would love to come back
