Excellent stay with beautiful views.

This hotel offered us the comfort / luxury we wanted with the proximity to local food and experiences that made the holiday a great balance. The pool has a stunning view of the bay, as did our upgraded room. By the pool there was iced water continuously available and staff walked around offering free fresh fruit. Breakfast was big and plentiful, just be careful when you choose to go as it can get very busy but we sat in the same area most days and the staff were thoughtful enough to remember our coffee orders and bring us additional fruits. The hotel is located very close to the beach where you can get authentic ie cheap Thai food and massages, also if you walk up the road in front of the hotel you will find a wonderful little hill side bar that is great for good and sundowners.

It is not what the hotel could have done better but more for other customers to be aware that the restaurant is expensive as is the spa, so if you want Thai food and massage then go the beach area and get dinner at Mamas it is a great place.

Everything. The setting, the comfortable room, the immense balcony, the view. The restaurants, with great Thai and international cuisine (and superb sushi). Above all the wonderful staff, the best I have ever seen.

We had a very relaxing family holiday.

The room was huge and very comfortable. View outstanding. Rooftop bar beautiful. Breakfast excellent. Spa treatments wonderful.

The gym was very small and very hot. People reserved pool chairs and beach equipment very early in the morning.

Excellent breakfast and location ideally right next to the beach!

Our room was on the 9th floor hence we have to walk up two flights of stairs to each our room, as the 8th and 9th floors didnt have any elevators.

Our experience at The Nai Harn was absolutely outstanding. Upon our arrival, Pueng and the rest of the staff went the extra mile to ensure we felt exceptionally welcome. Pueng masterfully arranged a dreamy private candlelight dinner and an in-room terrace BBQ that has left us with magical memories. Each interaction with Pueng was delightful as she was so warm and kind to us with genuine delight for our stay! ( ) Staying in the Grand Ocean View room was a true delight. The room was generously spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring a bed so heavenly that it felt like floating on air! The bathroom was another highlight, complete with a luxurious full bath that overlooked a breathtaking terrace vieweasily making this the most memorable accommodation we've experienced in Thailand. The resort's amenities are nothing short of impressive. The pool area serves as a serene oasis, enhanced by stellar poolside service. The various drink and dining zones provided a personalised touch to our relaxation moments. And let's not forget the buffet breakfasta gastronomic feast of homemade delicacies that had us eagerly awaiting each morning. Our dining experiences at The Nai Harn were consistently superb, offering a culinary adventure with every dish. To sum it up, The Nai Harn delivers an unmatched fusion of opulence, comfort, and exemplary service.
