Toilet is dirty when we go to the room and no cleaner helps us the clean it. Very disappointing. Cleaning needs to be improved Breakfast is very very basic, very disappointing

Very friendly staff, excellent location, quiet when the windows are closed. Terrace was of a good size.

Stayed in a junior suite with terrace. We have stayed a few times in this hotel in a suite room which we really liked, however in this room - Bed seemed on the 'short' side. Our room with the terrace featured a very small bathroom for a suite, and we discovered the pullout couch hadn't been cleaned from previous use. Our shower also seemed to have run out of hot water.

Great location, just a twelve-minute walk from the train station and right in the centre of the city. We went at Christmas and were lucky enough to have a view of the Nativity Scene featured in the Guinness Book of Records. The streets were super noisy as we went over a bank holiday weekend but it was really quiet inside the hotel. The roof terrace bar was lovely, with outside heaters and blankets.

Central hotel to visit Old Alicante

Fab hotel situated in the best location next to the Town Hall and central square. Lovely roof top bar overlooking Santa Barbara Castle. Spacious, clean room with the most comfortable bed and crisp white bed linen. Will definitely return.
